Q1. How do I care for my piece?
Stoneware, while on the durable end of clay bodies, is susceptible to breakage if mishandled. Always handle with care.
To clean, you can wash with soap and water. For vessels, lightly dust or use an eraser to remove marks by plant debris. That said, watching a piece age with time can be a beautiful process unique to each owner.

Q2. How do I commission pieces from you?

Q4. How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is available nationwide at a flat rate of ₱200.
Q5. When will my order arrive?
Allow 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Orders are processed and shipped M-F, excluding holidays. Orders will be processed within a week from purchase. On average, shipping to NCR takes 3-4 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner. Shipping to areas outside NCR may take a few days longer.
You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when your package leaves the studio.
Q6. Where do you ship from?
All the pieces from the webshop are shipped from my studio in Sorsogon, Philippines.
Q7. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, I only ship within the Philippines.
Q8. What payment methods do you accept?
This webshop accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, and all major e-wallets and banks in the Philippines via QRph.
Q9. What is your return policy?
If your piece arrives damaged or broken, I am happy to replace it if a similar one is available, or otherwise issue a refund. Please contact studio@mikeenaval.com within 2 days of receiving the package: including photos of the condition the piece arrived in, the packaging, and any evidence of mishandling by the carrier - for insurance purposes. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
