How do I purchase?

How do I care for my piece?

Stoneware, while on the durable end of clay bodies, is susceptible to breakage if mishandled. Always handle with care.

To clean, you can wash with soap and water. For vessels, lightly dust or use an eraser to remove marks by plant debris. That said, watching a piece age with time can be a beautiful process unique to each owner.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped M-F, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. On average, shipping to Manila takes 3-4 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner. Shipping to other areas outside NCR may take a few days longer. 

You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when your package leaves the studio.

All the pieces from this webshop are shipped from my studio in Sorsogon, Philippines.

How much is shipping?

In the Philippines, standard shipping is available nationwide at a flat rate of P200.

Where do you ship?

Currently, nationwide shipping is available in the Philippines via Flash Express and LBC.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only ship within the Philippines.

Where can I buy pieces in person?

You can check the Stockists page for a list of where to find my pieces in person. You can also stay updated via Instagram and the newsletter for announcements on events and shows.

Which payment methods do you accept?

This webshop accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and all major e-wallets and banks in the Philippines via Paymongo (GCash, anything accepted by QRph, Grab, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and Landbank).

What is your return policy?

If your piece arrives damaged or broken, I am happy to replace it if a similar one is available, or otherwise issue a refund. Please contact studio@mikeenaval.com within 2 days of receiving the package: including photos of the condition the piece arrived in, the packaging, and any evidence of mishandling by the carrier - for insurance purposes. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please email me immediately with your order info and I will do my best to address your request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.
